Region: From Tai Mu Mountain in Fu Jian province, China
Description: Translation name is “White Silver Needle”. Its tealeaf is as straight as a needle with fine white hair which can be clearly seen.
Property: A report from Oregon State University, which proved that white tea has more cancer fighter (anti-oxidant) than all of the green teas, has made it very popular. This tea is good for preventing cancer and diabetes, improving immunity and protecting liver owing to its feature of detoxification. This tea is virtually caffeine free.

Preparation suggestions: 4 grams for 120 ml of water at 80°C-90°C; infusing 2-3 minutes; renewal for 5 infusions.
