Return Policy

Our goal is customer satisfaction - we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality teas and tea accessories.
Unused, unopened tea accessories in their original packaging can be returned for a refund within 14 days – the customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning tea accessories.
We do not offer refunds for loose leaf teas at this time.
