Description:Translation name is “A Li Mountain”. This tea is cultivated in A Li Mountain whose average altitude is about 1200-2300 meters, which enables it to gain its reputation as the highest mountain tea. It has a special aroma of asmanthus.
Preparation suggestions: 5 gram for 100 ml of water at 95°C; renewal for a minimum of 5 infusions; the 1st infusion should be made rapidly in 5-10 seconds in order to preheat the tealeaves and the liquor is rarely drunk. It usually takes 30-40 seconds for the second infusion, 60-70 seconds for the third infusion and ends up by taking about 4 min for the 5th infusion.
