Oolong tea (Blue tea), also called semi-fermented tea, is a partially fermented tea with its fermentation rate varying from 20% to 70%. Originated from WuYi Mountain, in FuJian, Oolong is named after the founder—Su Wulong in Qing Dynasty. It has the brightest feature among various kinds of Chinese teas. Oolong tea integrates the production methods of green tea and black tea, so it is endowed with the black tea’s thick fresh flavor and green tea’s cool fragrance.

The producing procedure includes: fresh leaves-withering-making green -drying. .
